How It Works

When you request a return via our returns portal, you'll receive both options:

• A printable return label (if you have access to a printer)
• A QR code for printerless returns - perfect if you don't have a printer!

Using the QR Code (No Printer Needed)

Simply:

• Head to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office or drop-off location
• Show the QR code from your email on your phone
• Staff will scan it and print your return label on the spot!

It's that easy - no printer needed at home!
