Return Requirements
Items must be:
- unworn with no signs of wear or damage;
- returned with all original packaging, tags, boxes and pouches;
How to Return
Visit our returns portal at https://returnsportal.shop/rhokea to start your return. Customer service will then share a prepaid return label.
We aim to process returns within 14 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalised products, gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at [email protected] before returning your item to us, so that our team can help more quickly and advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.
